I started Taekwondo as a chubby 16 year old who couldn’t run the length of a training hall without turning red and falling over. However, martial arts was something I desperately wanted to do. With the help of some great instructors I finally reached black belt. Since then due to work and life changes I have left my home and I am unable to continue training with the people who set me on the path.

After living in China for more than 10 years and studying Chinese internal arts and gaining instructor grades in both Krav Maga and Balintawak Eskrima. I decided it was time to move and i am now living, working and teaching in Jakarta, Indonesia

Over the years I have been exposed to many martial arts and teachers. I learnt something from all of them. Some good some bad but all of the contributed to my martial art experience.Almost everything i have learnt I found some way to connect it to  Taekwondo and the patterns that I spent years learning. Tactical Taekwondo is my research in to those patterns and their application

With your permission I would like to post the video on a TKD forum that I am member of. I think it is worth putting it out there
